House for sale - what day are the majority of the viewings?

Just put our house up for sale on Tuesday and just wonderd if you get many viewings during the week, or is it mainly at the weekend? DW and I both work and have three young kids, so a bit hectic during the week and so would like to limit viewings to the weekend if possible.

We put our house on the market on a Wednesday earlier this year and had 2 viewings on the Thursday, three on the Friday and three at the weekend. There tends to be a flurry of viewings as soon as your house hits Rightmove (assuming it's not over-priced or in poor condition) and then they tail off within a few weeks. I do think you have to be prepared to have viewings at any time of the week though, with reasonable notice. It's not a seller's market in most areas of the country at the moment ...

We're with an online estate agent, so viewings will be down to us. Details went on Rightmove etc on Tuesday...not heard anything yet....

Most of our viewings have been on Saturdays.

I only like to view houses during the week so weekend only viewings would probably rule us out tbh

We preferred to view during the week too (during working hours). Trying to look round a house with the kids in tow is a nightmare.
