I about to redecorate my downstair cloak/shower room. Have decided on tongue & groove on wall (apart from shower alcove which will just be white brick effect tiles). Tongue and groove to be painted in F&B Cornforth white.

Now need to decide on upper wall. What F&B white would you recommend? I am looking at a clean, crisp, airy finish. West facing Room is small (1.4x2.4m) with tiny slit window if that helps.

Any recommendations/experience/ideas much appreciated!

I love tongue and groove in bathrooms. How about Pink Ground?

(I'm very into pink atm, tho!)

Ha ha lemondifficult, we meet again! Grin

The F&B All White is very crisp and white - almost like PBW. So much so that you could probably get away with just buying a decent PBW for half the price...

What colour is Cornforth White?

Pink ground is interesting as hadn't thought of pink. I suppose i have in my mind pale grey and white. Spent a bit of time in the South of France recently and have been seduced by their pale grey and white colour schemes, linens and bits and bobs. Maybe i could inject some pale pink accents though to lift the room?

midnightexpress, Cornforth White is inbetween Blackened and Pavillion Gray on the colour chart so a pale grey.

We had Great White as a match pot trying to decide on the White for our kitchen. It was too grey on our walls but might be ok on yours however looking at the website it is looking a bit greeny next to your Cornforth.

We also tried Strong White but if you are considering pinks maybe Slipper Satin?

Thanks, I think that i will get a few tester pots but I have a feeling that I may steer towards All White just to keep it simple.

You have got me thinking though as Pink Ground is a lovely colour too.

Thanks for all your suggestions Smile

I'd go for Blackened as the blue in it will tone well with the blue in Cornforth White.

I wouldn't bother with All White to be honest, it's really very similar to Dulux Trade White (which is like pure brilliant white without the brighteners) so I'd just get Trade White in Supermatt.
