Does anyone know of a two bed property to rent in Crayford/Dartford?

Hi,
My sister is desperate to move to a new rental property in Crayford/Dartford as she is having a lot of trouble with her current landlord coming in unannounced. It needs to have two bedrooms, ideally a house or maisonette close to Crayford station as that is where the childminder lives. £750/£800 a month.
There doesn't seem to be anything good on Rightmove, has anyone heard of anything available to rent privately. The sooner the better and she would want to live there for a long as possible to save disrupting my niece again.
