Argh - don't know what to do!

Starting to panic now, we are currently renting a property however the landlord is now selling. We have until September to find somewhere new however can't find anything which is suitable! The property we are in is lovely and isn't that expensive, we don't want to cripple ourselves financially but don't want to live somewhere awful either. Looked in the paper, on the internet etc.

Can't buy at the moment due to past mistakes (bad credit, no deposit)

I will try that! It would be fine if it was just me and a DH but I really want to find somewhere nice soon and get settled
