PVC windows

Hi, does anyone have any idea what these should cost?

We have a smallish window needs replacing in our kitchen. It's timber, but totally rotten. No point in putting a good timber window in there, it's going to have to be PVC. Got quoted nearly 700 for one window in SW London. Any thoughts on cost, I am all at sea here.

My Dad just got two for £500 in the northwest. Shop around or look for a deal.
