French painting furniture- farrow & ball?

I have 2 childrens rocking chairs which I'd like to paint in an acrylic eggshell finish. I know the colour I have in mind but can't seem to find it. I'm looking for a pale creamish-grey or beige/grey.

I've had a look at F&B website and 'Old White' looks nice, has anyone used it and think it would fit the bill?

Any other suggestions much appreciated.

Havn't used Old White but Skimming Stone and Elephants Breath are really nice and fit the bill and are currently being painted on my kitchen units.Strong White is also nice but is more of a grey/white.

ah yes, skimming stone was another I'd looked at. I think Elephant's breath might be too dark, it's lovely though.

If you take the F&B card to B&Q then they can scan it and mix up the paint.

That's a good idea gentleotter but I think the smallest size for mixing is 2.5l whereas F&B do a 750ml which will be plenty for me. Although the 2.5l B&Q would probably still be cheaper...

Use Annie Sloan chalk paint

You can mix the colours to getthe exact shade you want. And no prep needed either!
