Having spent literally months of my life trawling Zoopla, Rightmove and all the other property sites, I thought it was about time I publicised the work of some of London's finest estate agents - who obviously haven't yet worked out the point of the internet - and manage to advertise houses with an ineptitude which both baffles and astounds in equal measure.
Remember, you only get one chance to make a first impression 
and punters are paying 1%-3% of the selling price for these "adverts".
So here's a few of my recent 'favourites' - would love to see yours too!

Worst Estate Agent photos/details

tyler that first one you linked to also has the third bedroom accessed through the WC if you believe the floor plan!!!! I think that is an even bigger crime 
Good thread - these lot in Southport selling my parents disabled adapted 2 bed apartment www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-31380179.html - Southport is a retirement area, with a lot of disabled people, as the town itself is great for wheelchair users - but these muppets didn't have the foresight to see that its excellent adaption was actually a selling point
even the picture here is the one I photoshopped & added some "sun & blue sky " to, as in its original form it showed a huge big black storm cloud & was so grey & dark it looked like something from Amytiville horror
- details were all wrong, all pictures included captions as to how it could be converted back for "normal" usage & they forced my parents into dropping the price right down to half

the other photos were unbelievable - they actually went in & took photos the day before my Brother was organising the removal of the last of the furniture they'd left behind - even though they were told to wait - naturally it was just dumped in there & they posted photos out of focus & badly poised, making the house look like Steptoes yard they took pictures of HALF the rooms, making them look tiny - when they are big, but weren't doing it to avoid the furniture - it looked like someone elses dark dingy & dirty house, not the one my parents had just left, having had it freshly decorated to sell
My Dad rang & asked me to take a look into what was going on, I was FUMING when I saw what these muppets had done - p's me off still too see its still on their site as a possible "sold' it was taken off their books because they were so crap
HAHA, Rightmove are coming out well on this aren't they - wish I'd know that BEFORE my Parents tried to use them

Hello, I'm adding nothing constructive or entertaining except to say that in my experience the worst estate agents are Foxtons.
Nothing to do with the thread, I simply like to make this public as often as I can
