Hi Mamililianel, I got the same code 20FORYOU by email today. It said it was because I was a VIP customer (it costs £9.95 a year to be one but you get unlimited free next day delivery and more special offers). So I think it only works for VIP customers.

Worked on a cath kidston necklace that was already reduced from £38 to £25, taking it down to £17.50! That's my best friends pressie sorted! And got a filled cath kidston wash bag for £12.80 for another friend.
