Does anyone know any way to buy anti-viral software from Kaspersky below their normal £29.99 offered to me on their website? My laptop needs an updated AV... Cheers!
Not kaspersky sorry, but Avast! Is a very good antivirus product and it's free. Just make sure you are only running one product as two or more av programmes will compete with each other and slow your machine down.
Never heard of Avast. I shall look into this. Is it recommended by anyone trustworthy (Which? or similar)? How did you learn of them? I am a bit worried of totally free programmes because they often carry adware.
Forgot to say "thank you"...
It's what I do for a day job! And you are right to be concerned about freeware. But in this case you don't need to buy the stuff they day you do, just because a subscription has expired.
