I bought bath crayons from Tescos. They wipe off no problem.

I think I got mine in Tesco - bleach seemed to get the pink tinge off... then after that we always have the game of wiping round the bath before the water goes out so that they aren't left on too long - they don't tend to stain then.

Dont let your kids wipe them off with the flannel / sponge - mine are irrevocably stained.

I think it depends on your bath - thin enamel will stain easily and also some plastic ones seem to mark more easily than others. I know this because we gave all the children from our playgroup bath crayons as the santa gift and had loads of complaints/comments in January! They were from elc I think..
