Can anyone help, I am desperate as I've baby/ toddler clothes everywhere and can't seem to find any. I did ask in Next if I could keep the hangers that the new clothes came on and the sales assistant said NO Any ideas?

Pounland or places liek that usually have them. Are you anywhere near me? I'm in croydon and have loads.

what size? i have tiny ones that i got from ethel austins...or try cheapy cheap shops they tend to have that sort of thing in baskets outside and as kids grow so fast it doesn't matter really if the hangers don't last that long.

Woolies sell packs of ten for 99p. nice and strong and bright colours. Also seen them in tesco and asda.

Do you know what I do? I get stuff from Asda, as you get to keep the hangers, then just take the clothes back, minus the hangers.

Hurrah, lots of hangers.

I do buy stuff from there as well before I get jumped on my the Mumsnet Hanger Police.

We bought a pack of Layette hangers from Mothercare. Teeny things. Pack of 5 or 10 for a few quid IIRC.

woolworths are the cheapest i beleive about £1 for tenish

mothercare do them but quite abit moere than that and so do john lewis but again expensive.

catalogues like blooming marvellous and jojo maman bebe do nice wooden ones with animal etc but again they are very expensive imo.

Ikea also sell plastic ones for about £3 for several hundred (cheap anyway!).

Well, I went out this afternoon on a mission and managed to come back with a pack from poundstrecher that look massive and will probably stretch all the baby clothes. Adams and Asda both said no too
I'll try Woolworth's and the other suggestions another day.
Thanks again
