The La Senza one's are cosy or just get a really thick fluffy towelling one in Expensive Spa style

neither are glamorous or trendy though

I got one from Primark last year when I was going into hospital with DD it was cheap as chips but it's lovely and dries very quickly too v good for the summer.

Is a housecoat a dressing gown or a more flamboyant creation for pottering/lounging in as in Margo from the Good life.

If it is the latter I want one!

hermykne Thu 04-Aug-05 16:25:26

the latter twinset and i guess you'd look rather good in one!!

TwinSetAndPearls Thu 04-Aug-05 17:54:12

right someone find me one.

When I was a student I lived with a girl who would come home from lectures and get into a fabulous margo like outfit and sit in the front room while playing Wagner, drinking gin and eating oysters.

Absolutley fabulous!!

My grandma (god bless her)once gave me a dressing gown, I was about 18 but lived somewhere without heating and it was very welcome, and I used it for ages, even after , a while later, she told me that her friend died in it...
