I have tried Kiddicare, Argos, Index and Mothercare so does anyone know anywhere else that has them?

Newbarnsleygirl Wed 06-Apr-05 16:59:32

ok will look. i take it you want a new one as opposed to second hand?

Newbarnsleygirl Wed 06-Apr-05 17:01:13

Yeah new really.

Titania Wed 06-Apr-05 17:02:33

okey dokey....

Titania Wed 06-Apr-05 17:03:41

errr....sit in or freestanding one?

Chandra Wed 06-Apr-05 17:05:37

I have one in like new condition that got from Toys R Us, the style resembles this one but the activities on it are different (it has a phone, some musical buttons and a space that is great to place a doll (therefore use as a push chair) or to hide his cars away.

I paid 16 pounds for it, you can have it for a 7 plus postage. I'm in York if you are near you are welcome to pick it up.

P.S> I also have the other type of baby walker and a door bouncer if you are interested.

By freestanding do you mean the ones with wheels. If so then yes. It needs to move. Lol!

Oops! Crossposted, there was only one message when I started writing

i think your going to find it really hard t oget a new one for under £20 - most of them start at about £25 - £30 for the cheapy one.

Newbarnsleygirl Wed 06-Apr-05 17:08:06

Oh thanks Chandra but I meant one that the baby can sit in.
It's weird though because I want it for my Aunties GD who are in York!

Titania Wed 06-Apr-05 17:08:58

this is probably no good

Titania Wed 06-Apr-05 17:09:15

eek...posts crossed....ok

fairydust Wed 06-Apr-05 17:10:22

ebay have them for £17 but the postage is £8.00

Chandra Wed 06-Apr-05 17:11:21

Oh, then York's ToysRUs or mothercare will be better if it's a gift. You can also have it delivered to the house of the girl which is also very convenient.

I got a sit on walker from ebay for 24 pounds, it was new and in its box though a chinese less expensive brand, but it did its work beautifully

Newbarnsleygirl Wed 06-Apr-05 17:20:08

That 1st one is what I'm after but it's a shame you have to pay so much postage on it. Thank you very much for looking for me Titania.

Titania Wed 06-Apr-05 17:28:55

thats ok. i hope you find one

Chandra Wed 06-Apr-05 17:46:43

Newbarnsleygirl Wed 06-Apr-05 18:14:47

i got a mamas and papas one in makro for £16.99+ VAT. can't remember if it was on offer or not. so if you know anyone with a makro card you could try there. it doesn't have any toys on the table but i prefer this as you can change the things all the time.
