DH ordered flowers for me and his mother, for mothering sunday, from debenhams. Mine were delivered on friday.That was after a phone call from them saying that they couldnt get a florist to take the order without our full address-despite it having been entered by their own postcode locater software, followed by 30 mins on the phone to a call centre trying to sort it out, followed by a call from the florist who was trying to deliver them and hadnt had the address details passed on after all that!
then yesterday, his mothers flowers didnt turn up at all. today he got this email
"We are writing to inform you about your order. Unfortunately there was a computer system error which resulted in your order not to be delivered on the date you specified. We are currently dealing with your order and endeavour for the delivery to take place tomorrow.
We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you."
