What are those clips called that you can attach to carseat straps tp stop toddlers wriggling out?

They sit at about chest height and hold the straps together, to stop kids getting their shoulders out.

And I think they're technically illegal, but my friend is at the end of her tether with her nearly 2 yo daughter, who KEEPS wiggling out.

TIA smile

Get a pair of reins, put them on child back to front (so the doing up slip is at the front) do seat straps up, then do reins up over the seat straps, child cannot get out, but simple to undo.

Thanks everyone - the lock tite thingy was the one I was thinking of.

Might suggest the reins trick too.

Thnaks for your help smile
