I'd like to get a posh advent calendar. One of those ones which are material and have little pockets for putting quality gifts in...

Has anyone got any recommendations ?

The wooden one look v poncey (nice) but you can't just roll it up and shove it at the back of a cupboard for next year. Would prefer material. Will keep an eye out at Lidl, but does anyone have other suggestions ?

<adopts condescending pity pose as kitsandbits clearly feeling a bit put out that she has been trumped particularly by a chariteeeeee gift>

RudyVonLasagne Fri 05-Oct-07 14:04:17

ooo I say - kits, your scottish ones are cheaper, and v nice, but now I shall look like a miserly uncharitable old bint if I don't go with Dances option...<ponders>

DANCESwithHughJackman Fri 05-Oct-07 14:05:18

<looks other way>

RudyVonLasagne Fri 05-Oct-07 14:06:22

Mind you, the charidee one is fun...<indecisive>

kitsandbits Fri 05-Oct-07 15:09:34

YYou could go with the lovely, cheaper scottish option and then bubg a £1 in a charity tin too ease the guilt grin
