Has anyone used this at all? Does it really work?

It's not something I can probaby afford but if it works I'd be very tempted as I'm horribly hairy - upper lip/chin is especially irritating to remove. I have very pale skin and almost black hair so supposedly good for this type of thing.

I have one and it's only so-so. The hair gets lighter/thinner but it doesn't seem to fully disappear. Hair growth cycles are tricky so it may be that if I persevered, I would eventually kill the hairs but if I had to do it over, I'd wait for a good Groupon coupon for a course of professional IPL, keeping in mind that it really isn't great for hormonal/facial hair and that good old electrolysis might be the better solution.
