Homework doing your head in? Read wish-I'd-known tips from other parents on Mumsnet's Education pages.
Ds has finished Year 2 and can do some basic halving and doubling (nos up to 20, halving even nos). At what stage do they need to be able to halve odd numbers and double/halve higher numbers?Any ideas/resources for this would be great as well. Thanks
There's a selection of games here:Maths ZoneClick the KS1/KS2 tab at the top, then select Number facts x and divide from the menu on the left.
In the autumn term of Year 3 DS had to learn doubles and halves to 50.At the end of Y3 he can now do doubles and halves to 100.Guess this would be next for your DS too.
