Helping mums to speak to deaf children using Cued Speech

In August, Jonathan Dimbleby did a charity appeal on the BBC for Cued Speech Association UK. Mums can use cued speech to communicate with their deaf babies and children - or babies and children that have poor hearing.

THRASS has produced free downloadable software for mums and grandparents to learn and practise their cueing (by looking at the cues and watching a cuer). There are further details on www.thrass.co.uk/cuedspeech.htm for mums that would like to more about Cued Speech.
