We are relocating to Glasgow from England in September and have our hearts set on Bearsden or Milngavie areas. Our budget is around £250k and would like a 3 bed house. Happy to do some decorating etc. Is this budget realistic for these areas? Not sure how much over offers over means. And any tips for negotiating the Scottish house buying process?
