Hello all,

I'm a researcher in Child Language in Newcastle and I've created an activity that might be useful to you if you have 3-6 year olds and need something to do for 15 minutes!

It's an online activity where you read stories with your child and they answer some questions. It's fun, meant to be zero-pressure, and they get a little certificate for doing it. We've also made some colouring sheets just for fun.

The stories and colouring sheets are all on //research.ncl.ac.uk/otherminds and happy to answer questions if you have any.

Take care and stay safe Smile

Hi all - just to be clear, as a researcher, the activity forms part of a research project looking at how children learn to talk about thoughts, desires and beliefs.

You can read the stories and do the colouring sheets without submitting any data at all. Of course, we'd love it if you'd submit your children's answers to us, and we don't require any identifying data for your child at all.

If you have any questions, please email me via the contact details on the website. Thanks!
