Age old question: how to find an excellent exams tutor in London?... and one on Brexit too

My friend lives in central London and cannot find a good tutor for 7+/8+ - she would be willing to pay top rate, that is how desperate she is at this point. She has tried some agencies but all expensive and useless.... any ideas?
Also she thinks that Brexit will affect numbers applying for competitive schools in central London - is she deluded??

Unfortunately I don't have any names, would like to know one as a back up for next year. On Brexit though, a lot of people left last year and the year before due to that in our prep but were immediately replaced will people on the waiting list - I don't think you'll see a big decline in numbers applying to competitive schools (I'd be very happy to be wrong).

On Brexit, our experience shows the most competitive kids /families are not always from the EU (or even outside the UK) 😂

It’s an interesting question re Brexit. I don’t think the top London schools will struggle at all. However, I wonder what the impact will be in the next 3-5 years with more private senior schools opening.
