Can anyone recommend a bookmark electronic dictionary? DD age 11 and DS age 9 avid readers yet terrible at spelling. I am told this device could help, especially reading at night on their own. (still listen to them both read first and I also read to them or have audio books) but thinking of something slightly gadgety but not phone or iPad to check word meanings or spellings etc.

My DD has an 'Electronic Dictionary Bookmark' made by 'If'. I found it on Amazon. This company seems to have a wide range of them but she just has a normal one, and it works really well.

My ds uses Seiko Concise Oxford English Dictionary, Thesaurus & Encyclopedia. It's bulkier than bookmark type, but still handy enough to carry around everywhere. Especially helpful to have quick access to thesaurus to find out meaning of words by looking at similar words, rather than explanation.
