Blue Shirt Day for anti-bullying week

Tomorrow is Blue Shirt Day at my dd's school for anti-bullying week. Does this mean it's a non-uniform day? Their school uniform is blue (well, they have a blue shirt), so it's never been made clear if they should wear the blue uniform shirt or any sort of non-uniform clothes that are blue? Just curious what other schools do.

We’ve got odd socks day tomorrow. Usual winter attire is navy tights for girls and grey socks for boys so they can wear anything on their feet.

But don’t get me started on the whole stupid idea. We have a huge bullying issue in our yr5 class and they do fuck all about it. Odd socks won’t change that. Angry

So... blue shirts for diabetes, odd socks for bullying and spots for Children in Need anyone?

How odd to do blue shirts when they already wear blue shirts!

No advice really but I've sometimes thought the safest thing to do is to take in plus uniform so you they can quickly get changed if they've got it wrong.
