What is the correct punctuation?

I have just started a thread by the title: word problems maths books, but I wasn't sure of the punctuation...
The meaning should be clear, books on maths dealing with word problems, but in the above form do I need to add possessives and/or drop some s's - like I do with the word "word" - or not?
(And not, English is not my first language :D )
