My eldest DD is 9 and is very enthusiastic about tasks but tends to launch in without thinking things through. Quite often this will lead to things not working out as she'd hoped and making her frustrated and reluctant to finish some tasks. Any ideas for how to help her take a step back and plan what she needs to do?
