Ours is just under £400 in year 5 and just under £500 in year 6. I'm dreading it when my twins go - basically £2k over 2 years. We could use that for a family holiday 😩

Just short of £300, with £100 discount to children who receive pupil premium (have had free school meals in the last 6 years).

We are a state primary in an area of social deprivation. About 50 kids going to Isle of Wight for 5 days in Year 6

Ours is about £350 I think

Just got a letter today about our year 6 residential in March. £288.80 for 4 nights/5 days. Less than I was expecting but more than I can afford.

Ours was only £90 for 4 nights

We charge £160 for 5 days in Keswick. We're a state primary in the Midlands.

About £240 I think - lots of notice given so you could pay £30 a month or whatever.

Think ours are about £300ish at the top end, less for years 2-4. Free for pupil premium. Option to pay in £20 - £30 instalments over a few months is always given.

DD just had one (year 5) but she didn't go. A quarter of the year didn't go.

Ours is between £230 and £250 for 5 days (4 nights) with payments spread out over 6 months and the trip is always mid June. As it is a very small village school, the residential is open to all KS2 children.

In Y5 our school is 2 nights/3 days at a county council owned facility 20 minutes away at £130ish. Y6 is 3 nights/4 full days PGL 3 hours away, always the last weekend of being in Y6 in July and £174. For all the activities they do I think it's great value. Our school also funds the full price for those in receipt of pupil premium too.

Year 6 residential at a county council run centre on the coast three hours away is around £300 for five days; year 4 was £130 for three days at a similar place but much closer.

Our Year 6 trip was £475 Monday returned Friday... Absolute rip off and no transparency on what money was for!

£435 for 5 nights (Sunday-Friday) for Isle of Man. For each twin. They loved it, but £870 is quite a sum to fund in one school year.

But just received letter about ski trip (now in Year 7 at high school). Coach trip to Italy. £850 each. They won't be going.
