Not CDs for the car, but you could watch DVDs in Spanish, with either English or Spanish subtitles. Also you could try audiobooks of English favourites in Spanish. German is my second language of choice, and my dd is doing GCSE. I have been able to get the audiobook and physical book from the local library of the first Harry Potter. We know the story really well anyway so not too difficult to understand. I think usborne do some first language CDs.

Probably Collins Spanish Club . The first 1000 words book with stickers is really interesting for kids - there is still the odd Norwegian / Spanish sticker lurking at my parents house grin
