My DD's teacher gave the pupils a talk today about it not being a terrible thing if they do not achieve the score they hoped for. As long as they tried etc. Was ok to be disappointed.
Good luck for monday

DS3 got his today and we're pleased! Smile His school doesn't get involved at all, but 1/3 of the class had taken the 11+. The boys' grammars results came out today by email and 3/5 passed. The girls have to wait until snail mail tomorrow.

Ds got his results today. He passed and is realy pleased as he realy wanted his first choice school. Have heard from 4 of his school friends so far and they passed too. I think there were about 12 that took it this year.

got the results, very pleased as is she. have warned her that a pass does not automatically mean a place at school, though we have a good chance.

Ours arrive in three hours by email. Spent this morning googling famous people who didn't pass theirs: Michael Morpurgo, Daniel Craig, Nigella Lawson, Eric Clapton, Jaqueline Wilson. My dd could see exactly what I was doing!
