Welsh Foundation Phase Assessment Levels

I remember someone asking a couple of weeks back if there was a similar document to the English ones, that says what level you need to achieve to achieve the levels in the Welsh Foundation Phase (sorry I can't find the original thread).
I came across this pdf document. It takes a while to download but has examples of writing etc needed for each level. The expected outcome at the end of foundation phase (year 2 NOT reception) is Outcome 5. Outcome 6 is 'above' and there is also then an 'A' outcome which isn't described in here.
