East Sussex Primary School Applications for 2013 - 2014

Can you apply online and is the system open for Reception places? The link I have sends me to an application page, but when I login (existing account from in-year admissions for DS1), I can add DS2, input his details/age and then it asks me where he is currently at school!!! He's 3!

I cannot get past this point, so wondering if I am in the wrong place.
