Homework doing your head in? Read wish-I'd-known tips from other parents on Mumsnet's Education pages.
So we now have scholarship exams at our school. Great! We'd like to try for this, but not sure how to go about studying for it - and they are in about 4 weeks! Onviously, no past papers - are there standard ones, or ones that similar schools use?Any ideas, oh wise Mumsnetters? (Year 4).
Can't you ask your dc's school/teacher what is expected? I would have thought that if your dc was scholarship material then the teacher would suggest doing the exams and be able to give advice re whether any extra preparation is required.
