I really really need some advice re admissions - please help

In 'deals with' what do you mean? I have a good understanding etc. but as a parent who has been through it.

If you really need to speak to an expert then I would speak to your local LEA, as to be honest different counties work differently so you would need someone who understood your local LEA and how it works...
