Help! Size 26 bras anyone?

Hi all,

Taking DD for her first bra fitting tomorrow. We've done a sneaky measurement, which I estimate as being a 26 band size. She definitely needs a bra as she's uncomfortable in a crop top (even the sports bra type aren't supportive enough). From what I have seen, Debenhams and Marks and Spencer start from a 28 band.

Can anyone recommend a brand or store to me? I need to get her in something before she goes back to school.

You're unlikely to find a 26 back anywhere. Could you get a measurement around the fullest part of the bust? The difference between under and over bust gives the cup size. Each inch difference means an extra cup size e.g A, B, C, D, DD, E, F FF, G, etc. Once you get an idea of size, you could try a sister size which would give the same cup volume on a different back size e.g. 26D = 28C = 30B when it comes to cup volume. As you go up in the back you go down in cup

Hi @Purples..i had a nightmare trying to find very supportive sports bra for DD12who refused to wear traditional type bra but reluctant to give up (massively outgrown) crop tops..we found the champion brand'curvy bra' excellent-they slip over head,no wire&kind of minimise/constrict so myDD who is a Dcup(&concious of it😯) wears a Medium all day long as its really comfortable-she is bigger around the back than ur girl but they do a small size too☺
