Any one have DC who have had friendship problems on Movie Star Planet?

DD has been blocked apparently by one of her so called friends on Movie star planet.
To be honest I don't understand the ins and outs of the game but it seems
awful that one of her friends can be spiteful and block her, therefore she can't play anymore. DD was really upset. Cyber bullying at 10??
Is this right? Can this happen?
Any advice would be great.
