Today my child's old pre school sent a letter address to my 3 year old child name on and our address to the nursery where he is now which is across the road ... on the envelope was pay this asap !!!!!!!!
Now I always thought this was a breech in either my human rights or data potecion or even both as this letter should of been sent direct to myself not hand passed to the school to a teacher to pass to myself .
And if so how can't get this raised as no point speaking to the head as a shook up bottle of pop opened is more use and does more

Which human right do you think you have been denied?

I can't actually understand your first sentence, sorry.
I don't think any rights have been breached.

You have not a bill they are trying a direct method of contacting you. Just pay the bill.

How much do you owe the first pee-school?
Have you ignored previous communications from them?

Lol at human rights breach 😂 was the letter sealed? Either way, just pay it, they have a business to run.

Technically yes, I think this is a breach, as someone must have given them your new nursery address? I'd definitely make some enquiries.

You rights were "breeched".
You mean they stuffed the envelope up your chuff?

Data breach I mean, not a human rights one.

And fwiw I perfectly understood you meant breach.

Yes, your data protection has been breached, the state of your account is personal information, so should not have been written for anyone to see on the envelope. They had no reason to send to the nursery rather than your address either

Let them know you are reporting it to the ICO
