Pre-Schools in Saltash

Hi I'm new to Mumsnet, we've been out of the country for the past couple of years but we are moving to Saltash, Cornwall in August. My eldest is 3 and I'm looking for a pre school for her.

I'm slightly confused about how they work if I'm honest, I've been in contact with Flying Start, Cross Park and Pixieland but they all just seem to be houses when I look on Google street view. Is this normal?

Any advice, knowledge of good pre schools in Saltash would be very helpful, thank you :)

I'm not from Saltash (live nearer Looe) but the people I know in Saltash all use Cooper Trees Nursery.
