Anyone in here had or used the Arabin pessary? I'm currently 17 weeks in my pregnancy after previous pregnancy PPROM at 18 weeks and my cervix is starting to shorten sonive had an Arabin pessary inserted yesterday. Does it help? Thanks in advance
