Raised dopplers

Hi i am 28 wks pregnant and the midwife measured my belly and I was only measuring 25 wks so sent me to the Hosp they have checked my dopplers and they are raised but my babies growth is above the average line I don't know what this means as everyone else seems to have raised dopplers and small measuring babies! Has anyone been in my position as I'm feeling a bit lost and don't know whether I am goin to have an early baby or not and of it will be healthy x
