Is my baby chewing?

A silly question, but is my baby chewing properly?
She is 14 months actual, 11 months corrected. She does the chewing motion, not always but most of the time, however this evening around 6pm, she projectile vomited and in her sick (sorry if tmi) was some unchewed pasta stars, a bit of unchewed satsuma. All of which she had had for lunch.
We were warned about oral aversion and possible problems with lumps coz she spent so long on a vent?
Anyone any ideas or experience??
That In advance x

Sorry haven't got any experience but bumping in case anyone else has.
Have you got a HV who specialises in prem babies ? We did and she was very helpful.

Mmmmm I wouldn't over think things just yet if I were you. I've seen loads of babies vomit (prem and not prem) and whole bits of food is nothing unusual. There's actually no need to chew those small pasta stars if you think about it - they're so soft they just slip down. Don't worry just yet is my advice. I reckon it is possible to talk yourself into seeing just about any 'problem' when you've had a very early baby.
