Painless Abortion at 6 weeks?

I took the second lot of pills at 2 pm yesterday, after around 4 1/2 hours I passed a large ish ‘something’ (I’m unsure if it was a blood clot or the pregnancy).. before this my stomach churned a little and felt a bit uncomfortable but I never experienced any pain.. I don’t know what cramps feel like so I’m not sure if that’s what I felt. But seriously no pain at all, I bled fairly heavily for a while and passed a few smaller clots but that’s it!!! Is it possible to have passed it all without pain??? Should I be still expecting something to happen even over 24 hours later?

Medical termination is not necessarily painful and can be over with very, very quickly.

I don’t think you should be expecting anything more that period type blood at this stage. That can vary in amount and length compared to your normal period but unless you develop any of the warning signs the doctor would have told you about, it won’t be anything to worry about.

everyone is different.
mine was 6 weeks and it was incredibly painful, i was vomiting and i could not straighten my body. I was bleeding heavily for six weeks.

i do suffer from extremely painful periods, so i assume there might be a correlation - if you're saying you've never experienced cramps i assume you don't have painful periods, so would make sense if it wasn't painful for you
Thanks
