Is this normal after surgical abortion?

I'm a massive worrier and think I might have an infection. I had a surgical abortion on Monday it went smoothly I had bleeding for a few hours then felt fine until yesterday when I developed a constant pain in my stomach. It hurts to put pressure on it, when I initially sit down and (tmi) a lot when I push/poop. I'm bleeding very lightly again. Does this sound normal? I called the aftercare line yesterday and she just said all stomach pain is to be expected

I had an infection and was very sick. Ended up collapsing and being bluelighted to hospital. I'd seek a 2nd opinion.
