No period after surgical + complications

Sorry there is graphic info in here
I need some reassurance from anyone else that has experienced this.
I had a surgical TFMR 11 weeks ago, I was devastated. 4 weeks after that I ended up hemorrhaging at home passing egg sized clots with extreme pain/contractions etc. Was very scary! Ended up at AnE and gynae unit. Was admitted, traumatised after the examination and them pulling bits out of me. I was told the termination was incomplete and I was now "partially" miscarrying. I then had a scan which confirmed I had approx 60% retained products. I was also told I had an infection. It was very traumatizing. They said I needed emergency surgery and THIS time it would be guided with ultrasound.

After surgery I was told all was gone. Week later presented to the gp, had swabs and told another anaerobic infection. All in all I was on antibiotics for 4 weeks.

It's now been 7 weeks since the surgery I have had NO period. We haven't had unprotected sex, all pregnancy tests are negative. I'm also having issues with orgasm (Sorry if tmi). I climax but it is literally a flutter. I have NEVER experienced this lack of periods and lack of climaxing. This has been since the surgery.

I was at the gynae unit two weeks ago where I was told oh it's maybe taking it's time, come back in 8 weeks if your periods haven't returned.

My worry: infertile, damage to the womb, scarring to the womb.

ANY words of advice or encouragement would be great. I am worried sick.

Nobody answered but I thought I would add that I've finally started a period at nearly 8 weeks. Most heaviest and painful period but so so relieved
