Just found out i am pregnant with baby #2

Hi girls x

I am so new to this but after suffering a bad pregnancy (UTI's and kidney infections throughout) and also was kept in at 32 weeks as my body was apparently trying to go into labour.

Once i was in labour it was an awful experience as i ended up needing a ventouse but i also tore quite alot so was in agony for a while after!! Finally i ended up suffering terribly with PND with my first born (i also have mental illnesses which doesnt help) and i have recently found out I am pregnant with baby number 2.

Me and my partner have been through a rough patch lately as he had came home with another womans lipstick all over him! But decided to make another go of things for our LO's sake, but as i say i then found out i was expecting again.

I am wondering if anyone has any hints/tips to help me through this pregnancy and possibly anything to help keep my mental illness at bay? x
