Hopeing this is just a heat related thing. I am feeling very dizzy and not with it, like I am not in my body or a bit drunk !

I'm 36 ish weeks pregnant and already on Strytron for low iron.

How can I feel better more with it ?

How are your blood sugar levels - I'd be reaching for the ice cream if you can stomach any food...hope you feel better soon.

It is most prob the heat but I felt not with it and a bit drunk/high recently and had a urine tract (water) infection. Quite common in late pregnancy and not helped with heat and possible dehydration. Other symptons were weeing a lot (although we are doing this a lot in late pregnancy anyway), mild lower abdominal pain and bit of nausea.

It was picked up in my urine test by the midwife and cleared up after a course of antibiotics.

Just thought would mention it just in case it was this, it was your not in own body/drunk comment that rung a bell with me.

If you haven't got a MW appoint coming up soon yor GP can do a quick urine test. Oh and drink lots of water too - which am sure you are doing in this heat anyway.

Good luck
