Brown bleed at 10 weeks...? Advice?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and had some slight bleeding on Thursday night. Nothing major and nothing too bright red but enough to make me panic. My EPU won't scan until Tuesday morning leaving us with the whole weekend to wait and worry. I still have a teeny tiny bit of brown discharge but no pain - am I right to be concerned?

Bless you, I know how worrying this can be. I had alot of spotting with my 2nd preg and everything was absolutely fine. Just try and take it easy this weekend and the main thing is you are getting no pain or cramping. My sis in law had bleeding on off from 11 weeks till about 16 weeks and they later found her to have a low laying placenta which accounted for the bleeding so in pregnancy it could be lots of other things rather than just mc. Good luck and keep positive xx

It's always important to get these things checked out. I had a bright red bleed with DD quit heavy for 2-3days around 12 weeks no real craming, she'll be 3 in June and I didn't have any other problems during PG either.
I've also had a smaller bleed with this PG at around 5 week's, everything still seems to be fine hear. The EPU unit where great I had bloods and an early scan at 7 weeks. I'm now almost 17 weeks.
I was told it's not normal to bleed during PG but it is quit comman, only time will tell if your having any problems but I've noticed that they are not to worried unless you are experiancing a lot of pain.

Good luck

Had a couple of these this pregnancy, once at 14 weeks and again around 19. Was seen at hospital and they advised it is caused by cervical erosion. Very common after sex in pregnancy apparently.

If it gets heavier or is red go to your EPU otherwise try not to worry (easier said that done I know).
