very low lying baby - anything I can do?

Desperate for some guidance. I'm 24 weeks pregnant with my second DC. Last pregnancy DS seemed to be sitting fairly comfortably, but this pregnancy I took ages to show, and now the baby seems to be lying super super low and causing much discomfort. Is there anything I can do or should I be worried? It looks odd, and just feel like I'm going to burst down there! Help!

Don't know that there is a lot you can to tbh. During my first pregnancy, DS had his head so far down into my pelvis they had trouble measuring him at scans, though he wasn't quite 'engaged'. It was really uncomfortable, and I spent the last few weeks slumming it in my dressing gown rather than put trousers on (even knicker elastic dug in and was unpleasant), but no one ever told me anything I could do.

At one of the scans they had me poking my bum in the air for 45 minutes to try and shift him upwards but it didn't work. Sounds like you have a stubborn baby like mine
