6 weeks / symptoms stopped / should I be worried?

Dear all,

I'm just 6 weeks. I've been having lots of nausea/throwing up in morning/feeling exhausted and sore boobs etc. The lot. Yesterday I went privately and did an early scan and although too early to see heartbeat, I did see flicker on screen which was great...

But today I've woken up and have absolutely no symptoms. Even boobs don't feel sore. No nausea whatsoever.

Obviously I'm panicking that I'm threatening a miscarriage because it's all so early. I called NHS and they were sweet but told me to call doctor.

Anyone else out there have this happen?

Thanks very much
x

I've not been in exactly the same situation but I just wanted to offer a bit of reassurance. My sore boobs did disappear, overnight it seemed, but I didn't ever have nausea. It's very common to have a symptom-free early stage. Hopefully someone with better info can come along in a minute, but I know that symptoms disappearing doesn't necessarily mean bad news.
However, if I was you I would go to the Dr to help put my mind at rest. Stress is also no good for you! And we are so lucky to have the NHS there, for free, you should go if you think it well help.
HTH

Thanks very much - appreciate it. I've got a telephone call with doctor booked for 10.30 so we'll take it from there. Fingers crossed x
