Am only 20 weeks but I'm getting an achey pain on my right side, down by my groin. It starts hurting late afternoon and when I walk home from work I sometimes have to use my hand to pull my bump up firmly to ease the pain.
Do those bump support bands help at all? I do have a hefty bump as there's a 10cm fibroid in there as well as my LO, and I think it's only going to get worse/heavier.
