This is TMI and really embarrassing. But have started in the last few days leaking tiny bit of pee when headbutted by baby. 2nd pregnancy, and didn't get this last time AT ALL. Thought pelvic floor adequate, but now am getting really worried that I'm going to be like this forever. Am 31 weeks, and quite big. Baby feels very low. Need to go to loo lots and lots and have dreadful indigestion. Generally feeling pretty crap compared to breezy pregnancy last time.
Is this leakage normal? Am drinking usual amounts, don't have pain apart from when baby particularly vigorous.
Am on hols so internet access limited, but would really appreciate any reassurance possible. Thanks in advance
I wouldn't worry - I'm sure its all the pressure of the baby particularly if its head down and ready to go. You will be feeling just fine after baby arrives and back to normal. I know what you mean about feeling crap - I feel awful too and I'm 31 weeks like you - I hate to say it but I wish I was full term - I feel like my whole body is malfunctioning!! Try to enjoy your hols - we'll have fantasic babies soon and all this will be a distant memory!
Thanks for reassurance! Just back from lovely holiday, after horrendous journey (motorail overnight, dd and me sharing a tiny bed, 3 hour delay at calais ). Had fun, sad it's over. Off to bed for a well-deserved nap!
Pooka - Hi honey should of asked on the Sept thread i would of reassured you I have been having the same problems midwife said it was normal just to do the old pelvic floor exercises and keep them up after the birth and all will return to normal in the mean time she suggested tena pads!!!! yipee the things we put ourselves through. Hope you are having a good holiday. Catch you later.
